Housing Sign Up

Whether it’s your first season or you’ve been coming back for years, all seasonal employees need to complete a GTLC, Flagg Ranch or Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club specific housing application through the StarRez housing portal. 

This applies to all housing types and locations (including RV) and employees currently living in other Vail Resorts employee housing locations.
New and returning employees who have applied through vailresortscareers.com are sent the link to apply to housing in the New Employee Setup email. (Subject: Welcome to Vail Resorts: Complete New Employee Setup. From: vailresortscareers@successfactors.com)   
Employees on Seasonal Inactive Status (SIS) will receive the link in an email directly from their hiring manager. 

**All License fees and meal plans are charged proactively every 2 weeks via the star rez portal. You may opt into payroll deductions or pay your balance via debit/cc online. If you opt into payroll deductions then your first payment of the season will be doubled up on your first paycheck to account for time in housing upon check-in and proactively for the next 2 weeks.

If this poses an undue hardship, please contact your hiring manager, and we will work to find other suitable arrangements.**

Room & RV Assignments

You will not receive your Dorm/Room/RV Site assignments until 14 days prior to arrival

Once assigned, you will be notified via email to login to the portal and complete the final steps of the housing application process:
