How do I log in to EpicEmployee as an inactive employee?
Now that you’ve finished your last day of work, we’d like to share a new way to keep in touch with us and access information. The Alumni Service Center is a website for past or inactive team members to access pay statements and tax documents like a W2 or T4, update your personal information, search for resources or get support from our HR team.
Website: EpicEmployee.VailResorts.com/Alumni
Your User ID: Your personal email address on file
Password: For the initial login, your temporary password will be sent via email
Once logged in, you will also be able to access the Alumni Action Center by clicking the buttons to update your info, see pay statements, or view tax documents. Your login info for the Alumni Action Center has been reset to:
User ID: <employee ID number>
Default Password: P$wdXXXXXX (where XXXXXX is your birthdate in MMDDYY). You will be prompted to create your own unique password the first time you log in. Your new password must meet the following requirements:
Starts with a letter
At least 8 characters or longer
At least 1 UPPPERCAPS letter
At least 1 lowercaps letter
At least 1 number character
At least 1 special character ! # $ % - _ = + < >
No part of your name
Once in the Alumni Action Center, you can view and download your W2, T4, other tax documents, and paystubs under the "My Pay" tab. You can update your personal information under the "My Personal Info" tab.
** If you are having trouble accessing the or downloading your documents:
Try going to alumni.vailresorts.com in a different browser than the one that you first tried
Try using a laptop or desktop, rather than a smartphone
Check that your pop-up blocker is off
You have cleared your cache/cookies
