How do I access Epic Employee once I leave?


Visit alumni.vailresorts.com. The screen will be dark blue, and have Vail Resorts in white at the top of the page. It will ask you for a User ID and password.

Username: your Employee ID number

Password: your password has been reset to P$wdMMDDYY with your birthday in place of MMDDYY. You will be prompted to create your own unique password the first time you log in.

After trying the above, if you still need a password reset, please see the last sentence for how to contact our IT Support Center.

Once in the portal, you can view and download your W2, T4, other tax documents, and paystubs under the "My Pay" tab. You can update your personal information under the "My Personal Info" tab.

** If you are having trouble accessing the Alumni portal or downloading your documents:

· Try going to alumni.vailresorts.com in a different browser than the one that you first tried

· Try using a laptop or desktop, rather than a smartphone

· Check that your pop-up blocker is off

· You have cleared your cache/cookies
