MVR- Motor Vehicle Record

The Vail Resorts corporate policy is to have a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check performed on all operators of Company vehicles upon employment or at the beginning of each operating season to ensure that the employee has not had motor vehicle violations that would suspend their driving privileges, or the equivalent of one major or three minor violations in the last three years. For the purpose of this policy, vehicles are defined as automobiles, trucks, ATVs, and golf carts. 

As a driver of a Company vehicle, it is also your responsibility to read, understand, and comply with the Vail Resorts Company Driver Policy, which you can view here. 

Here's how to complete your MVR check: 

• Go to https://vailsafety.candidatecenter.com in any internet browser 

• When entering the landing page enter your email address. You will receive a 6 digit security code to that email address that will need to be entered within a pop-up window that will appear on the landing page.

• Agree to the terms.

• Select Grand Teton Lodge Company, Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis or Flagg Ranch Company from the drop-down menu, then select Next 

• Fill in all fields appropriately then select Next Step

• Electronically sign your name on all required forms. 

• On the final page, verify your info and select Complete to submit. 

• Select Get Status Updates if you’d like to receive updates on your report. 

 You'll be contacted by GTLC HR, Health & Safety, or your manager if a discrepancy on your results would impact your ability to fulfill the duties of your position.
