Check Out Procedures

Discuss with Manager Your Planned Last Day Of Work & End of Season Performance Review
This is your chance to discuss securing your same position next year with your manager. Also make sure all your hours are correct.

Check out of housing
Housing must inspect your room before leaving. We won’t turn off your housing deductions or issue a refund if we don’t know you are leaving! You must contact Housing for approval if your last day in housing will be later than the day after your last shift

Update Your Mailing Address
Your final paycheck will be deposited on the next scheduled pay day or sent to the address on file. Mail will not be forwarded. Update contact info at on WorkDay. 

Items to Return
ID Card & Nametag can be returned to either Human Resources or the Housing Office. If leaving too early in morning can leave in room.
Uniform- JLL employees return to laundry or uniform room.  All other properties return to your manager.
Park Vehicle Sticker- Yes, peel this off your windshield. It is government property and must be returned to housing.
Company Keys- Return to Engineering at Jackson Lake Lodge and sign them back in. Plan accordingly.
Company Funds- Return to Vault at Jackson Lake Lodge. Plan accordingly to return during office hours.
