Employee Referral Program - Earn $200 for each referral

Share the experience of a lifetime to live and work in Grand Teton National Park while earning $200 for each referral. Keep the referrals coming and we will keep rewarding you. Visit the vailresorts careers page for a list of available positions.

For the 2022 summer season, GTLC/Vail Resorts employees are eligible for a $200 bonus for each new employee who is hired and completes their agreed upon seasonal employment dates at one of the following resorts:

  • Jackson Lake Lodge

  • Jenny Lake Lodge

  • Colter Bay Village

  • Headwaters Lodge & Cabins at Flagg Ranch

  • Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club

  • Jenny & Gros Ventre Campground

Eligibility Details

  • Referred employees must be first time Grand Teton Lodge Company or Headwaters Lodge and Cabins at Flagg Ranch employees

  • Referrals must complete their agreed seasonal employment dates to qualify for the referral bonus

  • The referring employee must be in a grade 25 and below role. Members of the talent acquisition team or employees directly involved with the hiring process are not eligible to receive payment for referring new employees

  • The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of payment

  • Payment to referring employee will be submitted to payroll for processing upon successful completion of referred employee seasonal agreement dates

  • Referrals of employees hired through the J1 Work and Travel and H2B programs are not eligible

  • The seasonal term of employment must be at least 30 days for the referring employee to be eligible for payment.

Terms and Conditions

All terms and conditions must be met to qualify for the referral bonus. Terms and conditions are subject to change.

Submission Best Practices:

  • The referred employee will need to complete the online GTLC employee referral submission form (see button at the top of this page)

  • The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment

  • Submission will be received until September 15, 2022
