Housing Sign Up

Whether it’s your first season or you’ve been coming back for years, all seasonal employees need to complete a GTLC specific housing application through the StarRez housing portal.

This applies to all housing types and locations (including RV) and employees currently living in other Vail Resorts employee housing locations. New and returning employees who have applied through vailresortscareers.com are sent the link to apply to housing in the New Employee Setup email. Employees on Seasonal Inactive Status (SIS) will receive the link directly from their hiring manager.

Application Setup

    1. Use the same personal email address you used to apply at vailresortscareers.com.

o *password reset link is only good for 1 hour*

o *Same email address cannot be used by spouse/partner for application*

    1. Select Summer 2021 Application for where you will be working/living:

o Headwaters at Flagg Ranch

o Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis

o Grand Teton Lodge Company (for all others: Jenny Lake, Jackson Lake, Colter Bay, Gros Ventre Campground)

Roommate Requests

If you are planning to live with a spouse/partner/friend as a roommate:

  1. If you are the first to apply for housing, choose: “Create Group” name the group and share it with the roommate.

  2. Roommate can then find you through the “Search for Roommate Group” in lower right and search by group or member.

Room & RV Assignments

You will not receive your Dorm/Room/RV Site assignments until 14 days prior to arrival.

Once assigned, you will be notified via email to login to the portal and complete the final steps of the housing application process:

    • Signing of License Agreement, Housing Rules & Regulations, etc.

    • Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Employees Only will pay applicable Fees: $225 Deposit and $125 non-refundable Cleaning Fee
