Getting Here

You're hired and now need to book your travel...

Really you just need to get to either the town of Jackson, WY or to the Jackson Hole Airport and our free employee shuttle will provide you transportation to your work location in Grand Teton National Park.

To help us plan ahead for your pick up from town, fill out the transportation request form linked below with your arrival information. Arrival transportation requests must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your planned arrival.

**If you do not fill out this form, we will assume you are not in need of transportation to the Park and will not make arrangements to be at the proper time and place for you without advanced notice!**

Confirmation of receipt of your survey results will be sent by email.

If you have already filled out your request but need to make a change, please contact Haley Andrus at

A regular shuttle schedule between properties and the Town of Jackson will begin in early June.

Car Travel

If you’re driving here and will have a vehicle this summer, it needs to be registered with the Park so that you don’t have to pay the entrance fee each time you enter.

It’s $18 to get in - which would add up! Bring your Drivers License, Vehicle Registration, and Employee ID to your locations Housing Management to receive your park pass sticker. Since you won’t have a sticker when you arrive, just tell the friendly entrance gate attendant in Moran that you are a new GTLC employee, arriving for the first time. They’ll let you pass, but that will only work once. You’ll need a sticker after that day.
