What to do before you arrive

In order to facilitate a socially distant, contact-free check-in process and make your arrival experience as safe and expedited as possible, please answer the above survey so that we can have your ID, nametag and uniform ready.

  • Flagg Ranch employees: stop at JLL Housing Office on your designated date before heading north to Headwaters.
  • Colter Bay/Jenny employees: stop at JLL Housing Office on your designated date regardless of housing type or location.
  • SIS Employees: Though you will not be required to present i-9 documents, all employees must follow the same process for arrival and check-in

2. Make sure you have completed the steps found on the hiring check list.

3. Pack and make sure your identification documents are with you for a successful Human Resources Check in

Jackson Lake Lodge Housing Office

When you arrive at Grand Teton National Park

ALL seasonal residents (regardless of housing/RV Park location) will be required to register with housing at the Jackson Lake Lodge housing office immediately upon entry to Grand Teton National Park. Hours of operation of Housing Registration are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please plan accordingly.

Use the navigation to the left of the map to find Jackson Lake Lodge Employee Village Office. Navigation address is 101 Jackson Lake Lodge Road Moran, WY 83013.

Jackson Lake Lodge is the first left after the Moran Junction inside Grand Teton National Park and the housing office once you reach Jackson Lake Lodge will be your first right at the stop sign. Follow the curve (not straight) to reach dorm street where there is a sign saying residents only and the housing office will be located in the middle of the street on your right.

HR Check-in

An HR Check-in appointment time will be assigned to you at housing/RV Park registration at Jackson Lake Lodge. Successfully checking in with HR with original unexpired identification is required before reporting to work in your department. If you are a rehire you are still required to bring these identification documents. Do not assume that since Human Resources may have taken copies of these documents in the past you do not need to bring them with you! When in doubt bring them with you.

Completing Required Trainings/Orientation

After checking in with Human Resources you will take a series of online trainings that make up your orientation. You can expect to spend two hours completing these courses.

For these required trainings you are welcome to use your own electronic smart device (IOS, Android, Samsung, laptop, tablet, etc.) and headphones. Human Resources will have laptops and headphones available to check out that will be sanitized after each use. In our health and safety efforts to limit the amount of contact between employees it is highly recommended that you bring and use your personal devices for these trainings.

Employee Uniforms

Once you have checked in with housing, human resources and completed your employee orientation you will go to your home department and check in with your manager. Your manager will then give you a time for your first shift and issue you an employee uniform (if it is required for your position). If you are confused as to who your manager is - Reach out to the email address that was attached to your employee offer letter!
